The Kalimantan Lestari (KaLi) team is delighted to announce the launch of our new website. We hope the site illustrates who we are, what we want to achieve and how we plan to do it.

Undaunted by the challenges posed by Covid and budget cuts since the project began in May 2020, we continue to adapt our research priorities to focus on what we can do despite the obstacles in our path.

Over the coming weeks and months, we will share news about our work and provide updates from the ever-evolving world of peatland-related research, particularly in Indonesia.

We look forward to posting stories direct from our researchers working in the field in Kalimantan as soon as Covid no longer poses a threat to the health and safety of our team and the communities we work with.
